Ava+ VIP is a special Ava Estell Membership Program offered to a highly exclusive group of Ava Estell Customers.
You get exclusive perks and privileges as an Ava+ VIP Member.
Every month, you pay £24.99 (no long-term commitment), and in return, you get:
£40 store credits, every month!
It's a simple as that. It's our reward system for our most loyal customers.

How do I become a member?
Choose "Unlock Benefits" above to add the membership to your cart and check out!
You'll be prompted to either log into an existing Ava Estell account (you should have one already if you're seeing this page) or create a new account.
It's that easy. Every time you use that account you'll automatically receive your benefits.
Nothing extra to remember, no extra steps.
What if I'm an Ava+ Member?
If you are an existing Ava+ member (not Ava+ VIP), then we will automatically cancel your Ava+ membership once you upgrade to Ava+ VIP.
If, for any reason, you'd like to keep both memberships active, please contact our customer service team via email - solace@avaestell.com

How do I redeem my Ava+ VIP store credits
Redeeming Ava+ VIP Store Credit is an easy, two-step process.
Log into your Ava Estell customer account and go to your Membership Dashboard.
Then follow the steps to redeem credits.
You may redeem any value of credits posted to your account.
I'm an Ava+ member, how do I switch to VIP membership?
Firstly, if you are seeing this page, you are very lucky, since it's truly exclusive to just a small group of Ava Estell customers (our most loyal one's!).
To switch to VIP membership, all you need to do is click on UNLOCK BENEFITS at the top of the page and continue through to checkout.
Once you complete your purchase, we will get a notification and automatically remove you from the standard Ava+ membership.
How does the double monthly credit work?
Every month, once your membership is paid, we add £40 of store credit to your Ava Estell account.
You are more than welcome to use the credit on anything you'd like in the store.
To make sure you redeem the credit, you just need to be logged in to the same account you used to make your Ava+ VIP purchase.
Will the benefits change?
We're always looking to stay ahead of the curve and keep our customers happy.
We have no plans to change the store benefits, but never say never.

Can I pause my membership?
If you'd like to pause your membership, you can contact our customer service team at solace@avaestell.com and they will help you with that. Just make sure to contact us from the same email being used on the Ava+ VIP membership so that we can find your account in our membership portal.
Can I cancel my membership?
Of course!
The membership is monthly. And there are no commitments.
All you need to do to cancel is go to your membership dashboard and click on CANCEL PLAN and follow the steps provided.
