I have been using this product for a while and it’s everything I need it to be. It’s foamy, warm and leaves your skin moisturised. I apply the magix cream on my face afterwards and the glow is unmatched.

I usually love this but my last one didn’t feel or smell the same, it’s usually smooth this was grainy and usually smells like chocolate orange but this isn’t fresh smelling, I really want some more but need it to be the original recipe!?

I really love Ava+ products and the membership benefits. The quality is great, and I’m very happy with the results. I plan to share photos with my next order. However, delivery took much longer than expected. My order arrived more than two weeks late, and I had timed my purchase hoping it would arrive before I ran out of my night cream. Unfortunately, I was left without it for a while which was clearing up nicely. Marks have lightened compared to a few months ago when they were much darker. They likely would have faded more quickly, or even disappeared, if the night cream had been provided on time. Overall, the products themselves are excellent, but improving delivery times would make the Ava+ Membership even better.
Always arrives sealed which I love. It feels as though the formula and texture have been improved. My skin loves it as always. I highly recommend this for the winter, as it'll leaves your skin feeling silky smooth.

I have not received any of the products I’ve ordered and I’ve reached out multiple times to the company for a refund. It’s been over 2 months.
The dark marks left from how i use to tweezer my face is getting to blend in with the rest of my face. The hyperpigmentation is also looking better. I have been using since Dec 25.
I never received my November 2025 order. Order #414137 I also had order protection on this order. I no longer want the products. I need a full refund. It’s been 8 months and I still don’t have the products.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Ava Estell. I never received my order or any shipping information. I’ve contacted the company three times, including requesting a refund, and have received no response. The lack of communication and customer service is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve timely updates and responses, especially after paying for products. I do not recommend ordering from this company. They will take your money and not deliver your products.

Hi guys Not sure why but this new batch of winter body cream I got had stony bits in it. I always order this and have never had this experience so unsure if I got a bad batch.
I have been using ava for two months and my dark patches on my face are still visible. Not sure if it agrees with my face. However, it has worked on my hands and feet which have been different colour to my whole body but now they look and feel better.

BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!! I placed an order in March and I have received and heard nothing. I’m going to initiate a charge back in a few days, but I hate to do that because it hurts the company. You want to support black owned businesses but then they play with you and your money! The products work, but only if you get them.
I’ve never received both of my orders. The first order, #414184, was placed in November 2025, and the second order, #424584, was placed in March 2026. Despite my repeated requests for a response, I’ve been receiving the same blank email every time. Now, I’m not even getting any response back. However, you’re still taking my membership fee for April through, even though I haven’t received my orders from November or March. You haven’t even refunded me for the missing orders.
When someone says they didn’t get along with your product. And provides pictures that you can clearly see it affecting their face they should get a refund and send the items back instead of blanking them and talking about policies. Fix up man
I have read instructions so I use it accordingly. My skin feels great. I use on my face and it helps with the delicate Ness of my skin.

Ordered 9 bottles. Despatched on 20th December but didn't arrive until 15th January. I guess the Xmas period caused a significant delay in shipment.
Product is good and helps with flare ups but went away pack into my back and it all melted and ruined my bag .. There is no warning on the packaging that this need to be kept extra cool. And the containers don’t seal so leaked out and ruined a aspinal of London bags I’m bet disappointed ..
The order was delivered in a box that was falling apart the contents of which were broken and had leaked through. Absolutely horrendous and unbelievable. Definitely not fit for purpose. Still waiting to hear from support. Very disappointed an I have been waiting for 15 days for the order.
The cream along with the foaming cleanser is usually a game changer! I know it says night cream but I use it in the day because it's such a brilliant moisturiser, great base for my makeup. Again non-comedegenic, doesn't block pores. Gorgeous product! But!!! This birthday present ting! Same issue as with the foaming cleanser. Colour is different. That beautiful, woody, pine scent was missing! It smells like the plastic container!! Then I noticed the bottle is smaller than normal. It says 50ml/2oz but as you can see from the photos, it's smaller. Just as well because it's not like it usually is. Not sure what happened but unfortunately, it hasn't been a pleasant experience this time.
Still haven’t received the order.
